Why we Pray
The National Day of Prayer Task
Force is the Judeo-Christian expression of
the National Day of Prayer. Our mission is to
communicate with every individual the need for
personal repentance and prayer, mobilizing the
Christian community to intercede for America
and its leadership in seven centers of power:
Government, Military, Media, Business,
Education, Church and Family.
Join
thousands around the
nation in this campaign to
reclaim our country through
prayer. Through the Adopt
a Leader campaign, you
can encourage and pray
for a leader of your
choosing.
Pray
for the nation every
time God brings it to your
mind. You may also consider
gathering a small group of friends,
coworkers or church members
and joining with millions praying
every Thursday from noon
until 12:30 p.m.
Pray
for Election Day! campaign
is an effort to remind people of
faith of the importance of praying
for those in leadership. We are
asking people to fast and pray
for our nation’s leaders.
