The U.S Bureau of Labor Statistics released figures on Tuesday Northwest Arkansas has the lowest metro rate in the state at 5.9%., while Memphis-West Memphis has the highest at 9.7% in Memphis-West Memphis, according to figures released Tuesday by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.


Forty-eight percent of metropolitan areas had unemployment rates that were higher and forty-four percent that were lower in November than last November, leaving six percent unchanged
